  • BA Hons, MSc, Licensed IP.
  • Over 22 years' experience in Insolvency, dealing with all case types.
  • 9 years running own technical and compliance firm and helping find solutions for clients to ensure compliance.
  • 5 years as a Director of Technical and Compliance, in top 20 firm.
  • 5 years working in a legal office, specialising in conveyancing and then litigation, before pursuing a career in insolvency.
  • Able to provide solutions for all compliance issues and as a task-orientated problem solver able to introduce procedures and systems that will tackle any and all licensing problems in a systematic and cost-effective way.
  • Reviewed and ensured compliance for firms’ document packs and checklists.
  • Introduced and created work programme compliant case diaries for the software system.
  • Introduced new practice management software and systems to case management to enhance compliance.
  • Responsible for all self-certifications and liaising with RPB during monitoring visits.
  • Responsible for introducing management tools to help work more effectively and compliantly.
  • Introduced and provided an annual training programme focusing on knowledge gaps within the team as well as the new rules and SIPs.
  • Provided support and training for CPI, CPCI, CPPI and JIEB.
